It worked for me without any kind of name change or GG bypass, Just make a full check with the lineage 2 updater and it should go fine.

Understand that not all servers have stupids administration :) Some is trying to update server files as faster as can to avoid bugs/cheaters... So maybe ur server is secured too good :)
