I am Working with Photoshop For Some Years and i have some experience with it.This image was made for a  friend that has an L2 server and he told me To Create a banner for L2 And  I did it. I  create the picture no NcSoft or Som1 Else .

I doubt that this image was made by NcSoft. If it was it would be more L2-like. No cosplay costumes and realistic landscapes.
