Update: As already someone said, if you implement it in gracia final (dont know what its like for other versions) Roxxy the gatekeeper npc will be spawned and he/she/it will NOT walk through giran so you have to modifiy this share a bit to make it work (I mean nearly a completeley rework^^).

But you can easly do it by your self, just check My FAQ Guide in part number 13 everything is explained step by step how can you create something like this.
