You will need :

 

Links: Make items: http://wow-v.com/

Find DisplayID: http://www.vdrealm.com/

Program to access database: http://www.heidisql.com/download.php  ( you can also use navicat I think but i don't know how :P )

The website's template has changed. This is the right one:

 

To create weapons , go where it says Weapons, and in that context go to armors for armors, and jewls for jewls.
