WTB Looking for a downgraded C3 or C4 project

Hello,

 

Besides in-game commands/gameplay I have no idea about l2 development and i'm curently looking for a C3 or C4 project to host it locally on my 2nd PC.

The use of it will be personal for nostalgia reasons and solo play.

 

Does anybody knows if there is any free stuff that can guide me to or if i can buy it for a reasonable ammount of money? I don't mind the class ballance of the pack, only thing that matters to me is the playthrough of PvE/quests and to have full control of the server.
