Help Custom DLL - AutoSS

Not familiar with writing custom dlls, looking for some help, pointers to get started.

Goal:

Custom DLL that sends RequestAutoSoulShot packet to the server when the Interface needs it to. (same as right clicking shots in shortcut window, handled by nwindow.dll)
