i just add some known matters, but maybe usefull for new players: renewal song and champion song help a lot of reuse time ;)

Omg you just said quite a stupid thing.While you are killing a raid boss with just titans you need to use all the time frenzy.And you don't get just some secs you get a lot of secs.Of course if your server is High rate you are not gonna need it.

it's not bug :) it's just an atack speed  , ( more atack speed = faster reuse that's all )
