Where do I see the protocol version of a Chaotic Chronicle Client? "-L2ProtocolVersion" is not going to work, since it is for CT1+ clients only.

Need to check Protocol Versions of the following clients: Prelude, c1, c2, c3, c4, c5 and Interlude. Any Idea? 🤔

there is an interesting collection, many archives are original , and require reverse engineering ,

or similar actions, but I think the link is useful.  😆

There were more protocols eg for patches after the initial release of Age of Splendor and so on.^^ I know you could get the protocolversion using l2phx those days, but this needs a serverconnection to respond if i correctly remember🤔

It's not hard to find out, I'll give you examples.😇

manual - use 010 hex 🥰

spacer.png

!!!  in the old system , we search through Network.dll 🥰

spacer.png

!!!starting with Age of Splendor we search through Engine.dll 🥰

here is a ready list for you according to your request 💛

 Chaotic Chronicle
Prelude ---> use Network.dll
Harbingers of War ---> use Network.dll
Age of Splendor ---> use Engine.dll
Rise of Darkness ---> use Engine.dll
Scions of Destiny ---> use Engine.dll
Oath of Blood ---> use Engine.dll
Interlude !!! here for the first time there was a protector on the dll files !!! use -L2ProtocolVersion

the dll files in the chronicles below the interlude ( those that came out before it in the list ) they were clean

( and there you can see the hex ( described above as ) the version of the same protocol revision

(without physically starting the server) just use the game client and my instructions

May the force come with you luke (c) star wars ^😆😅😍😇😛🤭

Those are the initial release clients printed on CD/DVD versions. Here is a list of some protocol versions after updates were released:

    • Hello it seems you can't receive PMs, it won't let me, do you use discord?
    • Hello after returning to lineage 2, I was wanting to start some local server development for a few friends and me to play around with but for some reason I'm having trouble after so many years to find a stable high five client. The clients I have found either have crash issue, many errors in the client log files or freeze after only a day or two of playing (autofarming for a day for example, you'll go to teleport after a farm session and the client freezes).   I've played a few High Five servers and it seems a lot of them have been able to optimize it to avoid these problems.  We are running multiple clients per PC so this does sound essential.   I've heard one major feature that is helping client stability is the ability to clear cache/memory without restarting the game or something along those lines.   So I'm wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of obtaining a High Five client that is clean, optimized and decrypted to be able to add customs items etc. for a fair price.
