WTB H5 server pvp files or someone who can make it for me

Hi,

I'm looking for h5 pvp server files with custom items already integrated, balanced classes, different things for people to do and also balanced server economics. Perhaps someone can do these things for me and make files ready for a server launch? Ideally i would like to work with someone who knows what needs to be done and i will take care of the funds for the launch.
