Help Creating NPC with sound, cannot import wav sound

Hello,
I am trying to create NPC s again, but for some reason i cannot import at sounds tab WAV sound files.
After i click import, i write a name for package, group and the name of wav file, click ok and it does now show in editor.

Please help ty

1. Use Only English words  in path. 

2. Copy files to Desktop and try to Import from Desktop

3. Check Files Properties they are  might be : 

Wrong : 

 

Proper : 

 

1 (2) = mono (stereo) use mono
16 = is 16 bit
22050 = is 22050Hz
