Help Cloak a dream to interlude?

I researching cloak for interlude I came across this I looked for them and did not find anyone has any news on this topic? Is it really impossible to cloak in the interlude?

It is impossible to make cloaks without global changes.

You can do texture animation, but it looks bad because there is no physics simulation.
