Help VNC L2 server

Hello i bought a vps from contabo with windows OS to run my server there. I join at vnc with ULTRAVNC and now what is the next steps that i must follow to install my server. As i have it on my computer. Please help

+ you dont have to use vnc but remote desktop, way faster
