Hello ladies and gentleman, i present to you our newest project Line][age  Revenge Server.

I want to clarify that this server is alike the old legendary one of 2008 but the team leaders have nothing to do with real owners!

So , lets proceed to the features, cause we might be a copy but we aswell made it fun.

 

 

        General Informations:

# Experience: x35.

# Skill Points: x60.

# Adena drop: x100.

# Drop Rates: x50.

# Raid Boss drop Rate: x5.
# Quest Items drop Rate: x5.

    Enchantment Informations:

#  Safe : 3

#  Max : 30

#  Rates: Eveything retail like

 

    NPCs and Customizations:

# NPC Buffer: Provides buffs that last 59 minutes, does not provide COV/POF/PET/Renewal/Champion/Resist. It also has a heal/cancel option, aswell a save profile. You can actually " record your buffs" and then rebuff with one click, each character has 6 profiles!

# Weapon Shop/Armor Shop: Until B Grade , carefull weapons are without S/A, if you wish S/A you must farm for it!

# Player Shop: Has A/S Gear Sealed and Weapons without S/A, you must farm Armor tokens to unseal the A/S Gear and farm adena for soul crystals to add the S/A. Player shop includes Misc items too and everything you need in General.

# Global Gatekeeper: Gives you access to global teleportations, level zones , farm zones

#  Auction Shop: Sell your gear for Adenas/Revenge Adenas/Raid Tokens/Armor Tokens

 

# Custom Gear: Our Server has 1 armor set and 1 weapon set as custom, Titanium Armor (Apella) that has a little more bonus from the S Grade Sets and Epic Weapons. (You will only have a little more P.atk or M.atk with them , theres not increases in Atk Speed or anything else, they have Special abilities like regular S Grades.

 

     Economy and how it works:

#  Something that misses from a big percantage of Lineage2 Private servers is economy, mostly server admins make adenas worthless and that leads to the death of economy. In Lineage2 Revenge main currency is Adena, Hard to get  easy to spend 

For crafting Titanium Armors you will also need Raid Tokens , droppable from Raid bosses lvl 76+ but you can aswell spend a great amount of adena to get Raid Tokens. So both ways we keep the economy up!

#  Custom Weapons are obtainable only via Adenas!

#  Armor tokens are droppable from every monster of 60+ level

 

    Custom Zones and Zones in general:

#  Until level 45-50 your experience gain is retail like, though we have one and only boosted EXP Zone and that it is Antharas Lair, Antharas Lair gives you x2 experience than regular!

#  Ketra/Varka: Those zones have no boosted Experience but a bit boosted of their adena Drop Rates

#  Valley of Saints: Party Zone that drops big amount of Adenas, definetaly not soloable! It also has a small chance to drop Revenge Adena or Titanium Ore ( Revenge Adena and Ore are also obtainable with adenas)

#  Monastery of Silence: Party Zone that drops big amount of Adenas, definetaly not soloable! It also has a small chance to drop Revenge Adena or Titanium Ore ( Revenge Adena and Ore are also obtainable with adenas)

 

Class/Subclass/Nobless

#  Class change is via class master , you need only some adenas to change it

#  Subclass is free

#  Nobless can be obtained by killing Barakiel

 

Olympiad:

#  Olympiad is Monthly and retail like but you have one new option!!

#  3VS3 Olympiad Game option, this feature is a copy from HI5 olympiad games, though we introduce it to L2Revenge aswell

 

Events:

#  TVT/CTF/DM giving you Medals and Revenge Adenas

 

Commands:

#  .classchange Pops the Class changer

#  .menu Opens up the options menu

 

Raidbosses

#  Level 76 bosses have 12 hours respawn and drop Raid Tokens  &  Secret Books of Giants as long as Lifestones and nothing else

 

Epics

#   Information of Epics will be applied soon

 

 

 

    Server Informations:

#  When a character is created you start with 100000 adena , in retail starting zones and the experience taste is none different than the actual game!

#  We want to inform you that the server is not easy but not hard at all , it is an oldschool play style. So if you are just an AFK player then we are not your type!

no because you're not the real howardstern and i hate when people takeover oldschool server projects name in an attempt to capitalize on player's nostalgia without any respect for the people who created the original, while i appreciate that you're at least upfront about not being the original guys the least you could do is not use howard's name

respectable , but that is a non profit project aswell as you see :)

changing few ints in l2j settings wont make you worth a try, lookup recent start of vahalla-age and their success, they basically made own chronicle by compiling best parts (according to them) from 5 or so chronicles + adding own QoL improvements.
tl;dr: success bar is raised way above simple gamplay changes which might worked years back when game had more undemanding playerbase.

We would like to clarify that we do not use free private projects , secondly we have a lot of features also dont forget that a good server isnt only adding extreme stuff, as a player i for example played L2Appeal, has nothing crazy as mods, was very good. The problem is we lost the game due to all the crazy and massive editing and we lost the real taste. We lost the slow grinding, we learned to "wow" visual stuff and simple lineage2 facts have lost their taste. Correct me if i am wrong. And no i did not change just some ints :) we use a private fork that costs a good value of money and has constant updates , we actually use Lucera so we dont have to hide much

lol I totally feel that.  His name sounds familiar but I'm not sure which server he was a part of anymore.  Thinking of resurrecting my old server after seeing several imitation servers being built over the years.

this is precisely why using someone else's name, especially from the 2007/8/9 era is so stupid

 

original l2revenge had custom armor+weapon+jewels and you could donate up to +20 same as all servers of that era, you're using a name that you don't even understand what it represented, if you actually tried to reproduce a server from that era you'd get 0 players precisely for the reasons you're stating "crazy and massive editing - loss of slow grind" etc, not to mention biggest criticism from that era "starwars server"

lol two people made imitations of my server, both using L2j:

I remember L2 Revenge.  After I got ddos'd for weeks back in spring/summer of 2006, they came to prominence.

few years of classic off servers (before they went non-classic route) and hundreds of "hardcore" interludes/c4/c1 servers in past year were enough to saturate "nostalgia" needs of avg person still playing L2.

I would say the only factor to lure players today is enough online for active pvp, you need lot of effort to compete with known names for that, edited htmls for your l2j npc buffer wont fly lmao.

Ok guys , i wanted too l2revenge to be back i was one of the most fans as it was my first server! Okay yes u are right i am a copycat and i totally agree, the name was just not combined with this.. i just had the idea some weeks ago.. howard was like an idol i had good chats with him at L2R back in the days that crazy dwarf running around with 4000 colors on the bone club weapon... but seems none will give this back.. so why not to try and hold this and make it as close as possible... 

Also u know i had Revolution even when it got empty 4 months online.. i was strong till the last stand :) and this time i want this to be a good one and with no donates aswell :) just dont be negative.. try and support if you loved revenge... if i see a lot of hating then yea.. i am not gonna revive that.. I wish i had a msg from howard... i would pay for everything to have revenge back
