Help 9999!Ping Opening new Server Proble

Someone who knows, I open the server And everything works fine and my friends come in normally while I don't and it gives me 9999 ping!!! Plz Some Help

You have problem with IP/port. Maybe your friends are in same network.

if you run client and server same machine and ip , use 127.0.0.1 and you can log in normally :)

Your friend can login/connect from inside/outside of the network ?  with no ping issue ? 

Your  connection is inside/ousite of the network ? 

You need to set the correct IP
