pow is always best on sps but most of servers have edited pow and not works as you can expect so everyone uses magnus or cov

gl on finding WM on low servers :D or maintaining mana to do what you said.. the thing is it depends on what type of server you play on and if the buff works or no

      Perfect way to experience L2 without the brutal official grind. The progression here is so much smoother and faster, you get to the fun PvP and epic raids way quicker. The custom stuff keeps it fresh too. Definitely worth diving into!
