They told me I have to wait 1-2 weeks for the product I asked for to be ready - the same UCP that everyone has.

I tried to get it faster, they've told me I have to pay double - I did and the UCP was ready in less than 6 hours.

I've asked about several new features for the UCP, they listed me the prices and they never replied since then. I had to fix 2 bugs on my own. Their UCP is damn good and that is the reason everyone is using it.
 

I would not risk to hire them for anything but UCP.
