l2tool not workin

Hello everyone I'm new here and I have a problem, so I want to change my login screen L2Font-e.utx but I cant because I cant find l2tool which works properly maybe any of you guys have it and could share it with me?

Im trying to change L2Font-e.utx
so when I change everything it wont let me uplaod img like in a pictures I have no clue what to do

You can just use L2Editor, open l2font-e.utx and replace or add textures, then save and encrypt.
