Help interface c6 lifestone bugs?

Good evening, good evening .

Firstly sorry if i am not to the correct section.I would like your help about interface programms.

Currently i am spending my time to a c6 custom server and i am using terror interface,i have also used iordanov which i also liked.I am trying to catch d.might or celestrial shield and i really cant. I have used more than 2000 lifestones and chance is 15% as server says.I use lifestones with interface.Many people of my clan or randoms to server told me that they caught d might or celestrial or the augument they were looking for  just by using 10-20 ls ,max 50-100 and it was quite easy.They also told me that they were playing without inteface and put lifestone to blacksmith.In inteface i only get party recall,stone,vampiric rage,battle roar ,etc and 1-2 times i got shield or magic barrier.Also in all the servers i have played i never got celestrial with interface.

 

Do you think guys is a bug with interface or just my luck is ignoring me so hard like my ex?

I mean a fix by admin or a bug not to catch these auguments by inteface programms?

it's obviously Luck but not interface issue.

you can set on interface Passive/Active chances to catch a skill

But excuse me as i am a bit noob to interfaces due to that i dont have long time using them.What do you mean by set chances?How i do it?And it will help?
