Help Tabs Color + Annoucement Change

Hello and good night I would need if you can help me with the color of the tabs as the picture shows. How can I edit them? I know it has to be something of the system or systexures (I think so) but I can't find the file that modifies it. I also need to edit these messages that come out of the game by default. (Photo below)

thats announce is in announcements.sql, you can edit before install or just edit that value using navicat

Thx u solved me that. Only need the color tabs, i paste a interface but i dont know hot to take it to normal state.

Btw if you using custom interface you should open xdat editor optionwnd/children/tactrl/tabelement and you will see the location of this button.
