edit the image from the utx it is in, or create a new utx and use xdat editor to edit the interface.xdat to put that new utx as the background for the window.

In l2uich3 there should be shortcut_back texture. You need to make it invisible via alpha. Or you can edit interface xdat to direct shortcut bg to a invisible (alpha) texture.
