Help Open Ports

Hi everyone, i have a problem with ports on my router. I have a wireless router Huawey HG8245H and i want open ports 9014, 7777 and 2106, and i don't know how. I try to add manually but don't work. I call to network provider and they say all ports i have unlocked and opened. I disable firewall but don't work.

im not sure for that but i thing you have to change IPv4 from automatically to manual from network settings and in ip address you have to put : 192.168.100.3
