The only commercial choice that you have is l2-scripts.com ; other choices would be shares which are usually crap, so depends what you need.

Usually shares are 6 months+ and irrelevant to the current state.

You may ofc suggest to a guy who knows nothing about codding using a share, but you'll be wasting his time & money - way to go.

Not everybody in the world should know perfect English. Though its an advantage but for example I don't have a perfect Russian so my colleagues do, so its kinda win-win.
