I Have Buy SP plan on L2jsunrise and no have reply for files or others..

You see if l2jsunrise are dead or not ?

their support is horrible.
I've been trying to buy something with them for 15 days, and I can not get a response.
I'll talk to them on skype. It takes 2 to 3 days to respond. I ask 2 questions and they answer 1

On your case for some reason your final step validation came to our server's with a huge delay.
When we received your validation request we approved your account in the next 5 minutes.

Yeah thats true, i've said that in the past as well. I am not using skype regularly, you will have either to contact us by email or discord.

 

 

Our delivery system is about to change soon anyway. It will be 100% automated.
Whatever, answering to your question bobypoke, yes we are still alive and working on the project.
