What kind of deadbeat moron puts safe enchant to 20 and max to 25? what is the point of 5 enchant difference?

It makes a perfect sense on PvP servers - people can join and start PvPing right ahead, but people who play there for longer periods can get a slight edge over others by getting the small extra.

Slaying 12 and 14 year old skiddies means 0 fun (no quests, no raids, no farm, nothing).. congrats for your super boring shitty crappy L2 private server ever with max. 5 players and overpowered noobs.. with safe weapons +20 ..
