This dude - Outlaw paid the money for the work which i did for him:

 

he got files, successfully tested:

 

After 1 month and 2 days later he decide wtf maybe i can get money back! it's paypal i can do that. And he opened the dispute:

 

after all that he told me that he is not the paypal owner:

 

and guess what in the end?

 

oh liar liar:

 

if admin or global moderators can ban him, and all his accounts, will be nice.
