With this low budget i don't think that you can find something of UNIQUE...

I'm sure some "proffessionals" like strain and falcon will help you will that

 

Falcon is not professional at all. At least he doesn't treat me like he should (accepted a job, then I was waiting for ages and he never delivered anything)

Regarding Strain, I already talked with him. Thanks for replying though!

That's why i quoted professional. Because they are both amateur but they are probably your best bet in this forum.

Similar case here, he delivered the website but nowhere to be found to make adjustments
