Modifications

Siege every weekend, 1 castle on Saturday and 1 on Sunday. 
Grade D, C and B Items Sold by Adena at npc merchant. 
Grade A items can be obtained alternatively by event items. 
Grade A and S items are purchased Retail (drop / craft). 
Mana Potion restore by time (15 seconds). 
Special NPC has a buff macro for Fighters and Mages for 20 min (just a twig break). 
Buff AIO with duration of 1 Hour (non permanent character, rented per day). All normal character Buffs are in Retail time. 
Face and head accessories can be purchased by VIP Card (visual only). 
Grade A and S items can be customized with Skins (no extra status, just visual). 
Scroll Enchant (only normal ones) can be purchased via the farm of Enchantment piece. 
Nobless and 3rd Job can be activated with VIP Card (optional). 
All configurations and features that were not reported here are Retail, that is, equal to the official Lineage II, or were considered irrelevant.
