Server core updated to latest revision of the svn + some ingame fixes

Gatekeeper under construction having some Exp zones/ Main towns and the boosted Zones

Small fixes to the buffer and we are ready for the ALPHA stage

we do not have very big interest for the alpha.. i am really dissapointed.. so i am in a difficult position to decide if it worths to try.. only 2 players.. i expected more to apply for an alpha
