Hmm in server x5000 i don't think the blessed have to be less than 90% chance. If you want 70% make it mid rate or something like that...

as i said to Solomun i wanted to escape from the usual system of a pvp server and make something different

but i will keep your advice in my mind and thank you for you reply

Hmm in server x5000 i don't think the blessed have to be less than 90% chance. If you want 70% make it mid rate or something like that...

x5000 means that there is no XP, not everyone is going to have all items in max enchant. Damn, some things are really misunderstood in our days :P Every pvp server you join, you are going to see every random player having their equipment on maximum enchant, which makes enchant looses half its sense...

 

Back in the days, enchanting without an increased heartbeat was not a thing...
