Help Problem With Unreal Editor

On my old pc i had no problems with unreal but on my new pc i downloaded unreal engine and every time i tried to import icons and create a new pack it will show up this screen and it won't import or create the new pack.

 

P.S. Dunno if the problem is that i had Windows 7 on the old pc and now i have Windows 10 on the new pc.

 

 

 

 

Anyone knows how i can make it work?

Yes you're right, i moved the icons on the C:/ and it worked.
