I dont really like the idea of puttin such effects on not that good lookin weapons but the effects are nice imo.

weapongrp -> weapon line -> add at effA this: CriticalError_WVR4A.w_vari_r4_008_a

 

if it's duals then add it to effB too. Then you need to fix the coords of the effect and the size. Search the how to.
