Damn it, I've just saw it too T_T It's not what I was hoping for, lol 

A shellexecute running L2.bin with parameters ? lol

I lol'ed when I saw the code :P

Because you don't need the stupid .net framework installed.

It just won't work everywhere plus apps like these are being destroying be windows defender and other antiviruses.

VB is shit, but he doesn't know that C# is equally shitty.

 

They are just wrappers of the same .NET framework how much different can they be except their syntax?

They have completely different usage even though they compile to the same intermediate language.

Performance is the same but C# can do way more.

 

Now when it comes down to .NET Core (Which is what everyone .NET is doing now) C# is the only way you can code.

Not even Microsoft gives a shit for .NET Framework anymore.

Yeah but back when I was accusing C# on .net you was defending it and calling me names, now that you got a new chewing gum (net core) you trash .net aswell. Get your shit straight mate, .NET core is no different than another hype.

Ok guys, I guess there is no need to argue which program lang is better. Even if shared files uses VB and need .NET, if someone what to use it, he will use it. Enyone can share his work here.
If You want, I can move this conversation to Off-toipc Section, so You can argue about which lang is better. Other than that, please stop this pointless conversation.

Already mentioned what is its purpose.

-Avoid client modifications, in a proper maner.

-Use latest untouched retail client to connect to your server.

-Easy to use.

 

Running l2.bin from shell is now - client protection,rlysad-troll.png?w=150 ?

 

Not to mention about cmd netstat or processhacker, to get connection ip and write it in other l2.ini with different l2.bin, .exe ...

 

P.S.

Smartguard connects via dsetup hook, and ip he gets from dsetup.dat =)
