Flames of Invincible (effect) not work for me

I opened the skillgrp, all skill (skill.l2patch) neither one works and I did everything right, there is no way I have done something wrong, I have already downloaded several ver- sions of l2patch, and neither does the custom skill, just Neophron's, it works.
