Help Max Attribute Level 2.

Hello guys.

 

I would have a question about where can i edit the maximum attribute lvls on items.

 

For exemple the maximum attribute with stones is lvl 4. And i would like to edit this to be max lvl 2 (aka a weapon could have 75 attribute bonus max).
