Skilldata.txt is located what you want there..so scripts-skilldata.txt

in SkillData you can found about mana consume, hit time, icons, how to cast the skill but reuse time there doesnt exist.

Ok thanks everyone i dont have any clue of L2OFF is the first time who i looked on this section the things who i want to check is the skills reuse from l2off to see my l2j pack is ok .. i didnt ask something extreme :D

There is some fixes but for this..
