No you cant modifiq the tatto stats,him have already some stats,mby the stats are to overpower..but some guys like these tattos..

.-Tattoo of Flame: +65% M. Attack.                        toooo big

.-Tattoo of Blood: +40% Bleed resis.                        useless

.-Tattoo of Divine: +80% Hold/sleep/stun resis.            toooo imba
