1 fast noob question.

Why not worked just  EVERYBODY_HAS_ADMIN_RIGHTS (<PlayerID set="0"/>) option.

And when i change for my char <PlayerID set="268482110"/> not worked 

Tested on GMAccess,full,marshal option. And old access level on char 1-8 and 100-127.

 

All another dp worked fine.

4 days massiv test after:

- GeoEngine worked fine INFO GeoEngine: Loaded 203 map(s)

-TvT Engie full bugged. Start after kick all ppl from event and engie runing now :D /TvT arena 

TVT/CTF invite for party not possible!

-Event Engie 80%  not worked or bugged.

-Config near 20% not worked!

-Buffstore 

Buffstore Title not worked+you can sell 0 adena for all buffs

- Duplicate Quests from config!
