Title (which is correctly spelled as [LF] NCW Lottery infinite adena exploit) says it all.

 

I know that it cannot be used anymore, as the lottery is turned off permanently. PM or write here.

Chronos, various different people linking 99+B adena in world chat; a lot of newbies with +8 (or higher) R99 sets, AH cleared of all overpriced items (enchanted Dark/Bloody, blessed enchant scrolls, mystic SC), the same guys buying NCoin for nearly 1m adena each, you get the picture.

 

These people were spotted at MRT actively engaged with the lotto ticket manager, while it was not disabled (http://boards.lineage2.com/showthread.php?p=3508765).

that old lottery npc located near gk in each town or ncW had some exclusive ?

 

from glory days ninja weekly update (2012):

The in-game NPC Lottery system gets a settings tweak to encourage participation and greater rewards! A lottery ticket now costs 1,000,000 Adena and the minimum jackpot is 100,000,000 Adena. The lottery drawing and results occur every Saturday at 19:00 (server time).

 

that would be 3rd game braking exploit from glory days, 2 other comes from no validation of user requests so i wouldn't be surprised if this one also works like this.
