Why I have feeling that you are using Trance's L2Gold pack? :troll:

  •  get clean 315 rev, compare both projects and voila, you have .diff patches (svn required)
  •  you would need each changeset to apply, one by one - but that's a hell of code
  •  add/export those features to clean 340 rev - easiest way

25 revisions is waaaayyyyy too much, without counting the fact aCis got a lot of refactor during those revisions, I invite you to pick latest, export your code and make your own classes (which is also easier to port to any pack or pack revision). It will be shorter than trying to update code manually, believe me.

Upload a clean aCis source r315 (on a trac), and then replace it with your own pack. This is how you can get your work into a patch.
