WTB Wep Part For Individual Vote Rewards

Hello I want to buy the web part for this individual vote reward system that is being used on l2tales pack. From my configs the script that I guess its missing is StringTake.php that its a simple script returning True or False for the IP of the player that is voting.

You are voting in the website at all banners and you type in-game .reward or what ever the command is, the server is checking and rewarding you.
