Help Problem Installing L2J On Ubuntu Server

Hi,

I have problems with the database installer.

 

Sofware installed:

 

OpenJDK Runtime Environment (IcedTea 2.5.4) (7u75-2.5.4-1~trusty1)

OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 24.75-b04, mixed mode)

MySQL - 5.5.41-0ubuntu0.14.04.1

 

Eclipse 3.8

I also had some problems with Java and Eclipse, I ended up downloading the data using "wget -m -np" and using those files (maybe that's a problem)

I would choose Debian instead of Ubuntu.

Even if Debian is a better OS for the server, do you think it is the cause of my problem?

the tables already exist incase you know it drop the database and recreate it...

What L2J Datapack should I use? I want a try an Interlude server. First I would like to with a Free one just to know if i can make it work. After that I will look foward buying one. 

At 1st I kept getting the error "ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)" And I was able to solve it by creating the database in the mysql console and granting privilegies to root. At first I tryed with LAMPP and I couldn't gre throught error "Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES)"

 

So...all this problems are because of the server files I am using?

You didn't set the password inside the server.prop of your database.

Great! Is it ok if I wget them? Or I have to checkout the files via Eclipse?

Ok, I'll do that. Just for curiosity...what's the difference between checking out data via eclipe and downloading the files with wget?
