L2 Adrenaline works great on Citadel (well and on other servers as well). It is not free bot but if you consider than you can bot for a whole month and sell chars,adena etc. you can easily make much more then what is required to pay for the bot. 

 

This way actually it will help to keep the bot up to date and being developed for a long time not dropped after few months because of lack of funds. 

In addition it has a great forum where you can ask about advises, find extra features etc.
