All votes are written with HWID / IP / DATE to a database wich we host on our own. We can ensure that ppl dont abuse it. With 1 ingame account you cant vote once every X hours.

Isnt hosted by us anymore since only the source will be sold.

 

Edit: You can not get rewarded twice a day due to the fact that the system safes also the character info. With a lot of work you will be able to vote more with different characters, therefore the vote-item should not be tradeable.
