Auto Learn Skills? yes skills are auto learn, except those skills which you learn with Forgotten-Scrolls.

Sub-Class/Nublesse:Sub-Class will be without quest but noblesse with quest or 20 Gold Einhasad .
Olympiad? Olympiad period will start with server and it will be 1-month cycle.

Will be macro-1 and Soulshot/SpiritShot lags? yes, macro -1 and Soulshot/SpiritShot lags will be on server.

How many percent is for Masterwork craft Chance? 5%
What is sub-class maximum level ? sub-class Maximum level is 80
Will be hellbound open on server start? yes hellbound island will be oppend on 11 levels.

Every Eu mid rate with rates 15x - 50x which I played used to have this custom. It doesn't make anyone more powerfull, and it's not bringing inbalance. It's like alt+b gm shop, buffer etc. You don't have to run to every npc, you just need to press alt+b and you can get whatever you need. Anyway 85 lvl subclasses are weaker than mains, because they can't join oly, they don't have certs and hero skills. This custom is mostly helpfull for solo players, which don't have time to play in CP, and mostly these players are donators.

we will think about this , i forgot to write in my post that we have reparsed all npc skills hp and etc ffrom pts-off server and we have all skills an all npc stats +all spawns like off . if you will be on start of obt you will see the server quality .

no its not l2tales community :)) our developer has created this skin of community board for his project and for l2tales too (because he was working on l2tales source code) . we have Java server based on Lostworld project with all futures of pts server (skills,mobs,stats and etc). on this lostworld source is based Averia.ws too (sorry for my english if i have done some mistakes in spelling)
