All the skins were removed , because of the ref system abuse , so you can close it.

Probably yes, but we have to wait for the author to request lock or whatever.

Some of my customers' refs removed also,idk whats wrong with riot but im pretty sure you will find a solution with HyDoR.

He isnt a scammer and i can surely vounch for that guy.
