 Lameguard is developed for l2j. The server is l2off. The best l2off antibot so far is Blackwatch.

Antibot won't be changed in the near future since l2bnb uses advext which has packed .exe files, which means no 3-rd party software may be bought. advext offers only this one as an antibot service. Feel free to bot people, but be careful. Server gets more and more people.
