Help Skill Animation

Hello, I have few questions :P First of all, I want it on interlude client.
1st, I made custom buff, and I set this skill animation same as "celestial shield", problem is that this animation lasts only 10 seconds, is it possible somehow to make it last as long as buff?

2nd. Is is possible to make own animation for skill (not char movement, but just texture animation)?
3rd. Maybe someone knows in which file is hidden animation on chronicle H5, which is used when you get herb of vitality buff. This one: http://legacy.lineage2.com/news/images/advent_glow.jpg

Eh, I wanted make it only for myself, I am not developing any server;d, just problem for me is, if skill lasts like 5 minutes, and i set to this skill UD animation, it just finishes after 30 seconds, but not after 5 mins. But thank you anyway for proposal:P Maybe I will make it, but mostly what i get is client crashing :D
