you have problems with this map "16_12.unr", try got original map again of your client,o maybe somebody can give you it, if not reinstall client and this is solved sure.

really i'm not sure what you do, but I recommend reinstall client, clean client no installed yet, because maybe do some changes in that, so for this reason you still have problems, if you see in the error now you got error with map 22_22.unr
