Help Delete ''x'' Option To Close Window

As topic's title says, how can i remove X button from html window?
Or how can i do the following? When i press the X button, nothing happens.

Can't do that, you have to use the TutorialHtml window that doesn't have X button.

 

normal html x button is purely client sided so you can't restrict it from the server, you have to edit the window.u

Already tried it and managed it with Tutorial window.

X window you mean the red one in the top of browser?

Can be removed probably but you need to edit browser client (Mozilla,etc...).
