how to add limit to atk Speed and Casting Speed?

how to add limit to atk Speed and Casting Speed?

ty.

Well l2off doesn't have atk/cast speed cap modifier like on java. But what you can do is to modify the skills on passive (as exmple) to reduce it.

better edit the buff for c.speed and a.speed like pof pow for good balance
